Hi, I'm Aia!

Owner and Creative Lead here at Alaia Design Studio where we specialize in thoughtful, collaborative, and purposeful brand & print design for creatives and small businesses who need a partner in bringing their vision to life.

I have always wanted to champion creative individuals and small businesses because I understand how hard it is to build community and find your creative people.

Most of the people and brands we’ve collaborated with have so many great ideas and needed help with clarity on business and product, brand experience, print production, and even design vocabulary (”Isn’t branding like marketing?” “What’s the difference between bleed and margin?”).

What they really needed was someone who will take the time to get to know them and meet them where they're at — which sometimes is a little messy, and that's OK!

The way we work is simple:
We make it about you — your idea, your vision, your why.

Beyond the design of it all, we find that what people really need is someone to hold their hand and lead the way as they explore this new world of design and print.

I. Inquiry & Discovery

Tell us about your idea! Let’s talk about your vision and goals, and we’ll work out a game plan to make it happen.

II. Create & Collaborate

This is where the fun stuff happens! We get to work on bringing your vision to life. Mood boards, presentations, collaboration, oh my!

III. Finalize & Advertise

The magic is in the details. In the final stage weʼll polish up the project, make sure all the puzzle pieces fit and you have the tools you need to succeed. When everything is how you envisioned it, it’s ready to make it known to the world!
